We are always keen to hear from talented engineers who are interested in joining our team.
Davies Maguire are a well-established Structural and Civil Engineering SME. We work with market-leading architects, developers and contractors and have been recognised for our innovative work. We have recently been shortlisted for the NCE Best Place to Work Award 2024.
Recruitment of the right people is key to any business, but that is particularly true for a business of our size and culture. We are always keen to receive CVs from people at all levels who are eager to develop their skills and take responsibility for their work.
Our preferred way of working is to delegate ownership for projects or packages of work as far as possible, meaning that all staff can take responsibility for planning their work and organising their time. Our open-plan office and flat management structure mean that more experienced staff are always involved in projects, and easily approachable for support where needed.
