Projects
Queen Anne’s Gate
A Grade 1 listed 18th century structure is being converted into a family home. The building has been used as office space in recent years, but was originally designed as a residence. The lower ground floor is being completely remodelled to accommodate a large modern kitchen.
The upper floors are being strengthened to allow for large events to take place in the living areas.
At roof level, additional plant is being incorporated, and water damage prevention and repair is being undertaken to safeguard the listed fabric.
