Greenberry Street Development
This project provided a new three storey lightweight residential development above an existing single storey car parking facility.
The existing building is located in the Regents Park area of North West London, south-east of St Johns Wood station and is a single storey concrete frame car parking facility with landscaped terrace above. We worked closely with the client and architect to develop a scheme of converting the existing structure to provide a new lightweight three storey residential terrace above while maintaining elements of existing the car parking facilities below.
This required a detailed scope of opening up and testing of the existing structure and foundations along with carefully thought out construction sequences, which included identifying areas for contractor material storage.
