60 Suffolk Road is a detached three storey residential property. The project involved demolition and refurbishment of the existing structure as well as construction of a single storey extension.
Working alongside Alex Tart Architects, we were the lead structural engineers for works on 60 Suffolk Road: a detached three storey residential property. The project involved demolition and refurbishment of the existing structure as well as construction of a single storey extension. Proposed works included the removal of load-bearing walls to the existing ground floor, the design of new foundations, walls and roof to the extension, and the design of new dormers and structural members at second floor.
