Located off the Great North Road, this new four storey reinforced concrete frame residential development provides nine self-contained apartments with fantastic views of the Sunny Hill Park to the northwest of the site.
The works included the demolition of the existing two storey property and the construction of a new four storey residential development for 9 self-contained apartments, offering fantastic views to the Sunny Hill Park.
The proposed building is a reinforced concrete frame with flat slab floors providing an uninterrupted soffit to aid services distribution, with a steel and timber terrace and roof above. The building is then founded on new small diameter piles and shallow pile caps.
