Davies Maguire’s Seamus Maguire and Tim Havard were in attendance at the topping out ceremony for 7 Princes Street, where the final bit of slab was filled and the team ceremoniously signed the wall.

Davies Maguire have been involved with this project from early feasibility, working with clients Morgan Capital and KanAm Grund Group and architects Aukett Swanke, so it was lovely to celebrate the milestone of reaching structural completion!
