Planning Granted for 206 Marylebone Road

We are excited that 206 Marylebone Road has received planning approval from Westminster City Council!

The scheme was called an ‘exemplary piece of engineering’ by one of the planning officers, demonstrating the care and detail that has gone into the design so far.

The scheme will demonstrate our commitment to embodied carbon reduction through sustainable material use and retention of the majority of the substructure. The original Portland stone façade will be retained, while the new floors will be of cross-laminated timber construction.

We look forward to working with Berkeley Asset Management and the design team to bring this exciting project to life!
