Every year at Davies Maguire we come together to reflect on the previous 12 months and look towards the year ahead.

This is a key component of our company ethos, developing and empowering the team by presenting back to our colleagues. It includes a healthy town-hall style discussion about what we have learned over the year, what we have done well, and what we could do better.

It was great to look back on what the company has achieved in the past year, as well as some personal achievements and milestones of our staff, and to look forward to all the exciting things coming up!
