Davies Maguire are working alongside Buckley Gray Yeoman as part of a wider design team to propose the refurbishment, retention and extension of Colmore Gate, Birmingham. Located on the corner of Colmore Row and Bull Street, the existing 1990s ribbed concrete frame will be largely retained and then extended on both plan and vertically with lightweight framing.
