Birmingham City Council have approved the refurbishment of the 15-storey 1990’s RC frame building, which is a Birmingham landmark. The ‘light touch’ project aims to reuse the majority of the existing building, while refreshing the dated facades and creating a more comfortable ‘best-in-class’ and low-carbon workspace, with a new roof terrace and pavilion.
