We are delighted to announce that Davies Maguire have been shortlisted for the Best Place to Work (SME) Category in this years NCE Awards. It is lovely to see that the hard work we do to ensure that we are an inclusive, exciting and friendly place to work, has been recognised. 

At DMag we have tried to develop a strong culture throughout the team, with monthly in-office socials, led by all members or the company from top to bottom. We have also regularly hosted knowledge shares and retrospective project reviews, from our Civils, BIM Team and Structures team, ensuring that lessons learnt and experiences gained on projects are shared throughout the company.

This approach has been reflected in our 100% success rate in achieving Chartered Status with the Institute of Civil Engineers for all our employees who have undertaken the training scheme, clearly demonstrating that the time and effort we invest in our employees gives a direct, tangible reward, which we are immensely proud of.
