We are pleased to announce that 103 Colmore Row, nominated by Davies Maguire, has been shortlisted for the Concrete Society Awards 2022.

The existing 1970’s structure has been demolished down to foundation level and replaced with a new 26 storey office tower with over 20,000 sq. m of Grade A office space. 103 Colmore Row is currently the tallest office building in the UK outside of London.
