Davies Maguire’s Seamus Maguire and Will Simmons were in attendance at the topping out ceremony for Lower Marsh, where the final bit of slab was filled.

Davies Maguire have been involved with this project from early feasibility, working with client Morgan Capital and architects Fathom. The project consists of a two-storey extension to the existing five-storey 1990s concrete frame, and a full refurbishment to achieve a high quality retrofitted office space.
