Garrison Lane (Deben Fields), a 61 house scheme, in Felixstowe has won a 2022 Housing Design Award. The former Deben High School site has been designed into a leafy, considered, and sustainable residential development. A mix of 1-4 bedroom flats and a selection of semi-detached houses are being designed to Passivhaus standards.
