The planning application has this week been submitted to Birmingham City Council for a new 26 storey office building at 103 Colmore Row. The existing structure on the site will be demolished and the new development is to be complete by the end of 2018. 103 Colmore Row will become the tallest office building outside of London, and includes features such as a winter garden and top floor restaurant.
